Terms & Conditions:

• The bookings are treated first come, first serve. Tentative early bookings can only be held until another project with firm bookings is offered for commission. In such a case, the moderator will inform the Research Agency/Client concerned about this situation.
• All material related to the project is expected to be received by the moderator by D-1 at the latest to ensure the moderator can digest all of it and deliver the best service.
• Briefing Time - There will be no extra charge for briefing max 1 hour; an extra charge of IDR 350,000/hour will be applied.
• Outstation / Out-of-city assignments - Minimum of 6 sessions (Home visit, FGD, IDI, or Ethnography. All transportation, Meals, and Accommodation are paid and handled by the agency.
• On Cancellation - Cancellation fee post a confirmed booking applies, with the condition of:
  • Cancellation 3-days prior to original schedule: 50% rate
  • Cancellation 1-day prior to the original schedule or on-the-spot cancellation: 100% rate
• Intellectual Property - The owner of any recordings, raw data, reports, deliverables, or any insights and recommendations will be the end client, companies, or brands in which the study is conducted for. I hereby state that all the raw data and all its medium that are produced in an engagement (or projects) will be transferred to the owning parties after an engagement (or project) is done.
• In the case of “Force Majeure”, the moderator will do the best to find a replacement – but if one is not to be found, it will be up to the client to find a replacement (in the case of the translator suddenly falling ill, serious family matters – demos-, death, etc.)
