Dea started her career transitioning from being a psychology student who loves digital art to be the fourth member of the two-month-old UX team in one of the biggest Indonesian e-commerce companies in 2016. She is passionate about understanding human behavior and the human decision-making process and is personally interested in healthcare, mental illness issues, and service design.
I conduct research in various stages of the product development process, from discovery to product monitoring after launch. In the past 8 years, I have also been involved in product and team function OKR definition discussion.
